Chile's Aims to be an Outsouring hub

BusinessWeek's Vivek Wadhwa report on Chile's aim to be the next outsourcing hub hub, but this South American country would have learn first from India and China, and surpass their efforts to cultivate innovations.

They should also focus on methods how they could attract investor not just in the commodity outsource services but in other industries as well.
