Crime never pays they say and it has been demonstrated throughout history time and again. The only difference is that sometimes the definition of crime changes with the change of government or authorities. No wonder when Ituriagga was killing men when Pinochet was in power, it was all legal but now with a better government in place, the same comes under the perview of human rights violation. A change for the better for sure.
