We have been amazed at the lack of nasty bugs, dangerous animals and inhospitable living conditions.... Chile is, quite simply a very beautiful, magical place where one can invest, purchase real estate, vacation and relocate to without the same concerns found in so many of the other "Retirement Havens"... The hotel is located near the main attractions in Puerto Varas. You get great views of the Osorno Volcano and Lake Llanquihue. They have several restaurants, bars and the normal attractions.
