For only a couple of decades and centuries, the people of the Easter Island balded their forest, cut their trees, make their available animals extinct and hunt them to few, and even saw their society into chaos and cannibalism.

People traveled to the ruins of the Incas, seen the abandoned building of the Khmer, the Mayas of the Anasazi would always ask the same thing, "why ddid the people and societies of those who build it disappeared?
