Central Chile is undoubtedly the heart of Chile. It contains all of Chile's largest cities, which bring along with it the industrial areas, centers of education, health, and the like. It is the nation's perennial seat of power. Most likely, this will be your first stop in your Chilean trip. That is why I have here a list of the utilities and the services you will probably need before you set off to other Chilean regions.
