Despite the economic crisis that hampered tourism industries all over the world, Chile still managed to get a tourist growth of 6.4%, a feat that will be impossible if not for Chile's fellow Argentines living across the border.
Of the 424,536 tourists that officially visited Chile last month, more than 200,000 were Argentines, up by 22.1% compared last year.
